Gripper for KeyKeg 89-12174

This is our gripper for KeyKegs. Lift and move kegs easy and ergonomically without harming your body. This gripper has vacuum cups that holds onto the load and makes it easy for you to move the kegs from pallet to pallet. A KeyKeg is not that heavy when it’s empty, but after you’ve filled up the keg with liquid it is heavy work to move them manually. With this gripper for kegs from Lifts All the work will be more efficient and you can safely move the kegs without harming your neck, back or shoulders. The lifting tool is adapted for lifting 20- and 30 kilo KeyKegs.

Gripper for KeyKeg – How does it work?

Place the suction cups onto the side of the keg. The gripper will holt onto the load and the operator lifts the load by pushing the buttons. If the vacuum cups wont grip onto the load correctly you won’t be able to go through with the lift. This also applies for when you unload the keg. For safety reasons, the gripper won’t unload the keg if it is not placed on flat surface. This ensures that you won’t drop the load during the lift. Once you moved the load to its desired place you push the buttons to unload. This lifting tool can also rotate the keg 180°. This Is optimal for when you fill up the keg from one side then turn it over once it’s filled up.

We custom design the lifting tool to fit your needs and the environment you are working in. Gripper for KeyKeg can be customised to lift similar objects in other sizes and materials. It is also possible to change the maximum lifting capacity. Depending on what environment you are working in you can mount the lifting tool in different ways, for example with an articulated jib crane or in a traverse system.
