Lifting aids for the food industry

Over the years, we have manufactured many lifting aids that are tailor-made for use in clean room environments. Among other things, the lifting equipment has facilitated the transfer of food from boxes to conveyor belts or lifting to and from mixing machines.

As the food industry places high demands on hygiene and the quality of lifting equipment, many of our products are manufactured products stainless steel. If required, these can also be polished for improved cleanliness over a longer period of time. Our grippers are ATEX-rated and can be used in EX environments as they are powered solely by compressed air.

Our customers in this industry usually need help with lifting and pouring out the contents of containers onto a conveyor belt, or with lifting containers to and from food mixers. The lifting tools we produced for them are made of stainless steel and can be polished to the standards required of the food industry.

Our grippers have been tested to be safe for use in explosive atmospheres, regardless of zone. Being pneumatic machines, they do not have any inherent sources of ignition and pose no threat of explosion. To fulfill your requirements, we can provide the Lifts All “ATEX certificate” for the use of our equipment in explosive atmospheres.
