e-CLS – Container Loading System

The E-CLS (Electric Container Loading System) is specifically designed to streamline the baggage handling process and reduce the physical load on the baggage handler. The tools are particularly suitable for loading from laterals into containers and carousels. E-CLS is available in two versions - with or without launcher function. e-CLS with launcher

The E-CLS Launcher acts as an ergonomic lifting table that eliminates the need for manual lifting between baggage belts and containers. Baggage handlers place the bags on the table and with a single push of a button, they are smoothly pushed into the container. Bags are placed with precision, minimizing the need for physical effort.

An extended articulated arm allows the operator to easily reach the most remote corners of containers and even confined spaces, regardless of height. The E-CLS also has a compact design that makes it ideal for environments with limited working space.
With an e-CLS Launcher, airports can effectively work towards eliminating physical overload. The lifting tool reduces the physical strain on baggage handlers while increasing efficiency - contributing to a sustainable work pace and improved working conditions.

e-CLS without launcher

E-CLS assists in loading Baggage into containers using a telescopic table. The baggage is quickly rolled on and off the e-CLS, making loading very efficient. The system is adapted for both right- and left-handed operators and can be configured with lateral positioning to the left or right. The difference between e-CLS and e-CLS Launcher is that the Launcher places the luggage into the container with the push of a button, while e-CLS requires the baggage handler to manually push the bags into the container.
