Lifting equipment for cleanrooms

For lifting pharmaceuticals in a cleanroom environment, we have developed tools made of blasted or polished stainless steel that can be cleaned quickly and easily. All lifting aids are customized and can be polished as required. Lifts All has, among other things, manufactured grippers that can lift containers with tablets for further handling and bags filled with powder to be emptied into containers. We also have experience of lifting pallets with ventilators. The handling is heavy and difficult to do by hand, so our lifting tools have been very popular with pharmaceutical companies.

How does Lifts All adapt lifting tools for cleanroom environments?

They are made of stainless steel, so they can be wiped down with strong disinfectants.
They do not emit particles or oils when used.
The pneumatic air cylinder (Bal-Trol) is enclosed, and the tool has smooth, polished surfaces without joints, preventing dirt from accumulating.
The compressed air driven system leads the air out of the room, preventing recirculation of particles.
Any vacuum cups are made in FDA-approved materials.
