Bal-Trol

All of our lifting tools are powered by a Bal-Trol. Bal-Trol is a unique pneumatic lifting cylinder capable of lifting weights up to 600 kg—simply put, a compressed-air hoist! The compressed-air hoists are available in three models: Mini, Compact, and Full-Scale. All are available for horizontal and vertical installation, depending on the headroom at your workplace. Bal-Trol is a globally registered trademark and contains no ignition sources. This means that Bal-Trol is safe to use in explosive environments and therefore does not require CE marking under the ATEX 2014/34/EU directive.

Bal-Trol is made of aluminum, which makes it weight easy to move along overhead crane systems or Jib crane. The user can quickly and easily adjust the upward and downward speed. The standard lifting height is 1.5 meters, but it can be customized as needed, up to 8 meters.

Unlike with a traditional electric hoist, the load can be moved freely in height by at least +/-10 cm with proportional steering. This means that you don't have to "dot the i's and cross the t's" with the steering if you need to position the load with precision - for example when mounting a wheel on an axle - but you can do it with your hands directly on the load.
