Lifting solar panels - Lifting aids for solar cells
Factories that manufacture solar panels, solar cells or photovoltaic panels often have several handling challenges that can be overcome with the help of a lifting aid. For example, solar cells are heavy, large and difficult to carry, but at the same time sensitive to shocks and impacts. Lifts All's solar cell grippers lift the load both weightlessly and gently. This reduces the risk of injuries caused by manual handling while allowing the operator to lift ergonomically.

ProWood is our ergonomic lift for efficient handling of flat boards - including solar panels. The tool can be customized to your needs: both the position and size of the vacuum cups are adjusted to the dimensions and weight of the load.
Lifting solar panels in the production process
The lifting tools can be used at several points in production. For example, during assembly, during the packaging process, or when the finished package is packed on a pallet. We adapt the lift to your particular solar cell, and to the stage of production where it will be used. Lifting solar cells should be easy, at every stage of production!
Using a lift for solar panels
Lifts All's solar panel lifts can be equipped with several different functions. As standard, they lift the load weightlessly, but they can also be equipped with tilt and rotation. With tilt you can easily turn the load, and with rotation you can turn it partially or a full turn. These functions make it easier when for example packing, or if the solar cell needs to be turned from a horizontal to a vertical position in a rack.
