Cogwheel gripper 3481

The automobile industry is a fan of our cogwheel gripper. This little gripping tool lifts cogwheels of up to 14 kg and is primarily used in the manufacturing of cars. The user grips the inner core of the cogwheel, moves it swiftly through the different momentums at the work station, and then mounts it into the gearbox.

Using the tilt function switch, the user can tilt the cogwheel 90° to place it in the gearbox. In addition to this, the cogwheel can also be rotated manually for maximum precision.
This gripper uses the ‘Balancing’ system – a mechanical means of achieving weightlessness. No buttons are necessary for raising or lowering the load. Just manually move the load around, you won’t feel the weight of it!
