Gripper for pallet lids 89-12177

This is our pallet lid gripper. The lifting tool utilizes vacuum to lift and is very similar to one of our standard tools, theProWood. This Vacuum Gripperhas a maximum capacity 13 kg. The lifting tool is ideal for lifting different types of boards or sheets, or in this case pallet lids, and makes the work both easier and more ergonomic. For those who want to be able to use the same lifting tool for several different types of boards, the vacuum cups can also be made adjustable.

Lifting a pallet lid effortlessly

The tool is very easy and convenient for the operator to use. You attach the vacuum cups to the center of the pallet lid. You press the green button to suck the vacuum cups into place, and the green light will then come on. The green light indicates that it is safe to lift. Use the red and green buttons on the control unit to adjust the speed up and down. Once you have moved the load to the desired location, press the red button and the tool will detach from the load.

Lifts all types of sheets, with or without tilt function

Our ProWood models are suitable for lifting all types of boards, heavy panels, metal sheets, glass, plywood, and wood boards. Depending on how you work, it may be preferable to use either with or without tilt. There are four different ProWood models depending on the size and weight you need to lift.
