Gripper for wire baskets 89-12125

This is our gripper for wire baskets and plastic crates. It is a mechanical gripper for lifting baskets and crates of different sizes. This lifting tool can tilt and rotate the load, so that the operator can conveniently unload its contents. The maximum lifting capacity for this tool is 50 kg, and the gripper itself weighs 33 kg. It is an ergonomic lifting tool that spares the operator from lifting and turning incorrectly, which can contribute to injuries in the neck, back and shoulders.

Operating the wire basket gripper with ease

The gripper clasps the wire baskets or crates on the short sides. To grip, simply press the green button. The load can be tilted and rotated up to 180° to ensure complete emptying of all the contents. To rotate and unload, use the lever located above the buttons on the left handle. Depending on the basket or crate you lift, rotation takes place on either side of the machine you want to lift. When you want to put the basket/crate down, place it in the desired place and press the red button on the left to disengage the gripper. The green and red buttons on the right handle control the vertical movements of the gripper. The “green eye” lights up when you have gripped the load correctly, indicating that it is safe to lift.
