This is the pallet turner – a mechanical lifting tool for moving and/or turning pallets. Lifting pallets manually can lead to both wear and tear on your body, and to accidents. The pallet turner allows the operator to work quickly and ergonomically, and it is the perfect tool for those working in warehouses, industry, and distribution. With the same tool you lift different sizes of pallet. The operator adjust the tool depending on the weight of the load. Maximum lifting capacity for this lifting solution is 45 kg/99 lb but the gripper itself whey 50 kg/110 lb.

Pallet turner – how does it work?

Gripping takes place on the long side of the pallet. The lifting tool grips with the two gripping plates, clamping onto the pallet, and then holds the load firmly and securely for the entire lift. While lifting, you can also turn the pallet upside down with a simple push of a button. By stacking the pallets on top of each other alternately, deck-side up on deck-side down, you save space as well. After moving the pallet to the desired place, press one of the buttons on the lifting tool. The gripping plates will release the pallet, and the lifting tool can be removed from it.
