Roll gripper 89-12155

This is our roll gripper for lifting rolls up to 40 kg. This particular gripper has been designed for quick and easy handling of rolls, lifting them from the machine in a horizontal position to a pallet in a vertical position. The shaft of the lifting tool grips the rolls from the core. The shaft expands and ensures that the roll is securely attached. The maximum lifting capacity for this machine is 40 kg, but this can be adjusted according to your needs. You can use this gripper for both large rolls, as seen in the pictures above, or small rolls. You can use the same gripper for different rolls if the core diameter is the same in all of them.

Roll gripper how does it work?

The lifting tool has a shaft that expands in the core of the roll, gripping it from the inside. When securely gripped, you move the roll to its desired place. The rolls can be lifted both vertically and horizontally, making it possible for you to pick up the rolls that are lying down, and stack them in an upright position. When the roll has been placed down, on a stable level surface, just press the button to release the tool from the load. The job is now safely done and more ergonomic, without harming the operators back, neck or shoulders.
