Lifting equipment for the metal and metallurgy industry
Lifting metal substances, sheets, cylinders and other components is a daily chore for companies in the metal and metallurgy industry. For this industry, Lifts All provide vacuum, mechanical and even magnetic grippers that can easily and quickly grip metal objects of different sizes and weights. Our grippers are able to take high temperatures and have been tested and proven as non-explosive, thus suitable for working in these environments. Here, our grippers are used to help workers lift metal objects in and out of the processing machines or to stack heavy metal components onto pallets.
See below for more information about the grippers we have produced for the metal industry.

About our lifting tools
Our metal and sheet metal gripper are ideal for handling sheet metal and metal plates, among other things, as they use vacuum cups to securely grip and lift the material. This minimizes the risk of damage and increases productivity in the workplace.
To find the right lifting tool for your specific needs, it is important to consider the type of materials and loads to be handled, as well as the working environment in which the tool will be used.
Advantages of our sheet metal and metal lifts
A sheet metal lift from Lifts All several advantages in your daily operations:
- Ergonomic – The sheet metal gripper lifts the load, thereby reducing the risk of repetitive strain injuries.
- Efficient – You work faster and more safely without having to exert yourself when moving heavy sheets.
- Gentle – The vacuum cups on our grippers handle your sheets gently without leaving marks.
- Customized – We design the sheet metal lift according to your specific needs and the environment in which it will be used.
- Functional – Our sheet metal lifts can be equipped with tilt and rotation functions for optimal handling.
- Capacity – Our sheet metal lifts can handle loads of up to 200 kg, making them ideal for heavy lifting.
How our metal lifts work
Our sheet metal lifts are equipped with vacuum or mechanical gripping devices that enable safe gripping and lifting of metal sheets, among other things.
In the case of vacuum lifting, the load is secured using vacuum cups, while a mechanical plate gripper grips the load using special handles that clamp around the material.
The lifting tool is also equipped with a safety system in the form of a green eye—an indicator light that illuminates when the load is correctly gripped and it is safe to lift. The load is then lifted using our pneumatic lifting cylinder, Bal-Trol.
You can easily operate the sheet metal lift with just a few button presses, making it user-friendly for everyone in the workplace. Our sheet metal lifts can handle loads of up to 200 kg, depending on the model and design.
Areas of use and applications
Lifting tools can be used in a variety of industries and applications, including manufacturing, construction, and maintenance. They can lift and handle heavy loads, such as sheet metal and metal plates, and can be used to move and position materials and products and efficiently.
Lifting tools can also facilitate a range of different movements, from moving materials horizontally to rotating the load for optimal positioning. By using lifting tools, companies can increase their productivity and efficiency while reducing the risk of injury and improving the working environment.
