Sack Gripper 89-12190

This is our Sack Gripper, a lifting tool that is similar to our Vacuum Sack Gripper but with a different handle. This is the perfect tool for lifting sacks to and from pallets. The longer handle makes it easier to pick up the sacks ergonomically from further away, and from off the floor. We recommend our Sack Grippers with vacuum for lifting more airtight materials. For lifting porous sacks, we recommend our Mechanical Sack Gripper instead. This lifting tool is made in stainless steel and is ideal for use in cleanrooms. The maximum lifting capacity for this sack gripper is 50 kg.

Sack Gripper – how does it work?

You grip the sack easily by placing the gripper on the middle of the load and pressing the green button. When the green eye lights up the sack is secured, and it is now safe to lift. It only takes a few seconds to grip the sack, which means your fast work pace is maintained. At the same time, you also avoid repetitive manual lifting that can damage your body. Use the handles to move the bag to the desired location and unload by pressing the red button.

Swift and easy lifting

This Vacuum Gripper has proportional controls, which means that you control the up and down movement of the tool with the two levers. For slower up and down movements, press the levers with light pressure. For faster movements, press the levers a little harder. Proportional steering is excellent when lifting several types of loads and where load weight varies
