Lifts All’s gripper for washing machine drums is designed to simplify the handling of washing machine drums while maintaining the safety and ergonomics of the end-user. This lifting tool is made specifically for appliance factories.

Mechanical grip and easy operation

This mechanical drum gripper grips the washing machine drum from within. With the controls, the drum can then be rotated ±45 degrees, making it easy for the operator to position the drum correctly into the washing machine chassis. The gripper can also be used to remove drums from washing machines.

Automatic center of gravity adjustment

To facilitate smooth handling, the drum gripper is equipped with an adjustable center-of-gravity bar. This feature provides the machine with the means to balance drums of different sizes, ensuring an even, stable handling regardless of the drum’s dimensions. This feature contributes to smooth and easy operation, saving time and reducing the risk of accidents.

Spirit levels have been built into the handle to help the operator keep the lifted drum level. This feature is particularly important when positioned the drum correctly into the washing machine.

Load guard for maximum safety

Another feature of the gripper is the integrated load guard. The load guard guarantees the safety of both the drum and the user. With this feature, the machine will not let go of the drum (intentionally or unintentionally) when it is unsupported or in mid-air. This ensured that the drum is protected from shocks and impacts that may occur throughout the lifting process.

Adjustable speed and ergonomic handle

The speed for both up and down movements are also adjustable, so handling and maneuvering the drum is controlled and safe.
