Tray gripper for the pharmaceutical industry
This customized gripper lifts trays of respirators in clean room environments of the highest standard. To meet these requirements, the compressed air in the vacuum gripper must be expelled from the clean room to avoid any possible risk of contamination. The entire equipment has been designed to be washable with ethanol several times a day.
There are no inherent ignition sources in the equipment- making it a safe alternative for use in explosive environments. To fulfil your requirements, we can provide the Lifts All “ATEX certificate” for the use of our equipment in explosive atmospheres.
To top it all off, our Triple Balancer ensures that the gripper balances perfectly – with or without trays.
