What do you think is important for succeeding as a sales coordinator?

One of the most important qualities is to be flexible and enjoy varied tasks. My days look very different, and a lot is happening all the time, so it really is a good thing if you like variety in your workday.

What are your main tasks as a sales coordinator?

My main tasks are to support our distributors, write quotes, place orders and to support our sales team. I communicate and work with all the different departments in our company, and I am a key part of the whole system.

What do you do on your spare time?

Most of my spare time is spent hanging out with my partner and our son. He is only 1.5 years old so it is busy most of the time. In addition to that, football and hockey are big interests of mine, so we watch a lot of games as well. My favorite team is ‘Djurgården”. Go Djurgården!

What motivates you in your daily work?

To constantly improve and and reach new goals. I am driven by achieving results that make our customer super satisfied. Most projects go up and down a lot because we work with very customized solutions. No lifting tool is the same, so constantly trying to find solutions to get to the finish-line is very important to me.

How do you like working at Lifts All?

I think Lifts All is a great workplace. We have a very good working environment and there is a lot of opportunities for development. Everyone helps each other out and we are a very family-oriented company.

What are your previous work experiences?

I have worked in the restaurant industry for 8 years and as a temporary consultant as a receptionist. This means that being service minded is in my blood, which is something that I have great use for in my daily work.
