Robin, who has been part of Lifts All since 2023, is now taking the next step in his career as he has been appointed Deputy CEO by the company management. With a strong interest in technology and a clear drive for development, he thrives on finding solutions, optimizing workflows, and seeing people grow. In this interview, we get to hear his thoughts on the industry and what he enjoys doing in his free time.

How long have you worked at Lifts All and what are your previous experiences?

I have been working here since September 2023. My previous experiences include B2C sales and working with technical products. Before that, I studied Industrial Engineering and Management with a specialization in mechatronics at KTH – technology has always been a major interest of mine.

What are your responsibilities as a Sales Manager and Deputy CEO?

I am responsible for ensuring that the organization’s various functions have the right resources, tools, and processes to achieve their goals. This includes identifying and eliminating bottlenecks as well as optimizing internal workflows. I drive business development, establish our presence in new markets and strengthen our position in existing ones, with a focus on customer satisfaction and profitability. Another part of my role is maintaining the company culture we have here at Lifts All.

What do you enjoy the most about your work?

What I enjoy most is seeing the organization achieve its goals and develop over time. I also appreciate working both strategically and operationally – having a holistic perspective while still being hands-on. I like spending time in our demo room when we receive new lifting samples. It’s always exciting to see new solutions take shape and to gain insights into our customers’ daily work and the challenges they face.

What do you find the most challenging?

One of the biggest challenges is making the right priorities between different initiatives and ideas, and determining how deeply I can engage in details without losing the overall perspective.

What do you think characterizes good leadership?

In my opinion, great leadership is built on the ability to adapt to each individual and understand every employee’s unique conditions and challenges. It involves coaching and supporting, while also setting clear frameworks with realistic goals – an approach characterized by responsibility and trust.

Looking a few years ahead: where do you want Lifts All to be?

Looking a few years ahead, I see Lifts All as a company that continues to develop through structured and sustainable ways of working. The ambition is to operate even more efficiently, with a clear focus on areas that create the most value for our customers – such as quality, innovation, and long-term reliability. At the same time, it is important to me that we continue to have fun at work and that all employees enjoy their jobs, as it is the people who make up the Lifts All team after all.

What is your vision for the company?

The vision is for Lifts All to be the natural first choice for manual lifting solutions – improving working environments, ergonomics, and making a difference in everyday life for people lifting both large and small items.

What is it like to work at Lifts All?

I enjoy working in family businesses, and Lifts All is clearly distinguished as one, creating a personal work environment with an open and inclusive culture. The workplace is dynamic, with a strong forward drive, where you are given the opportunity to be involved in multiple parts of the business.

What is one of your best memories from your time here?

A particularly memorable project was a customer order that required handling heavy kitchen cabinets under challenging conditions. Initially, the task seemed too difficult, but thanks to technical creativity, we managed to find a working solution. It was rewarding for both us and the customer!

What do you prefer to do in your free time?

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and engaging in activities such as running, sailing, and traveling by camper van. I also like taking on various technical projects in my home and with vehicles – something that actually helps me in my work, as it allows me to be truly solution-oriented.
